ShopSavvy 1.1 Live for Most!

Just a quick note, ShopSavvy 1.1 seems to be live for most iPhone users. There might be some issues with iPhone users who have NOT updated to 3.1, but we haven’t confirmed that as of yet (please let us know).

Guys you have an amazing application but the 1.1 release is causing significant problems. I am using the 3GS and running 3.1.2 OS and the application crashes ALL the time. The comments on iTunes are very concerning for such a stunning application. I hope you can get this fixed soon. I can put up with the focus issues but its pointless with it crashing all the time. Good luck!

I’m already have version 1.1 but it opens just to ask me if I want to turn on allocation services, then it crashes. I’m running firmware 3.0 @ iphone 3G.

I’ll try to go back to 1.0.1

Application crashes after location query. Using IPhone Firmware 3.0.1 Reboot of Iphone does not make app resposive. Any solution out there that does not upgrade IPhone firmware to 3.1.2?

If you try a reboot it should work for a while, but after it consumes your memory it will crash again. We have submitted a fix. We are new to iPhone. On Android if there is an issue like this we can resubmit and the change is immediate – on iPhone it takes 5-7 days to fix an error like this. Anyway, it took us about 90 days to get our Android release to be solid (that was a year ago). It will likely take us about 90 days to get everything working on iPhone – hope you will stick with us until we are solid.

I downloaded the update – and now the application keeps closing itself. What did I do wrong?

When I look at it in itunes on my computer it indicates I have version 1.1 and it was updated 12/17/09

I have the I phone 3gs and I’m having the same problem as many others it seems. The app just closes everytime I try to open it up and use it. I hope the issue is resolved quickly for this is an awesome app when working properly!

Just want to know how I can get the Shopsavvy download for my Blackberry 8900. If there is one?

    Thank you,

Same closing issue for me. I plan on watching this carefully, because when it does work, I really like the way the results are laid out. I will be a happy person once you guys get it straightened out :)

Try a reboot, it usually clears it up the issue for a while. I assume you have updated to the latest version 1.1.1. Version 1.2 should resolve the issue and significantly increase the scanning speed – i.e. so you don’t have to hold it as still for as long. Thanks for the note.
