ShopSavvy 1.1, Now Available on iPod Touch!

UPDATE: even though market is showing 1.1 is available some users are still getting 1.0 when they download.  We assume this is a iTunes market issue.  We have heard that it takes upto 24 hours for their CDN to sync up.  Anyway, we have reported this to Apple.  Check the ‘more’ tab under credits to see if you still have 1.0 or 1.1. If you have aiming bars on the scanning page you have 1.1, if not you still have 1.1.  Our advice, wait until tomorrow (we are going to delay our press release until then as well).

Okay iPod Touch users – you now can download ShopSavvy!  We received scores of requests from Touch users, we heard you and we have complied.  Enjoy…

iPod Touch doesn’t have a camera! Waite a minute…doesn’t this mean that the Palm Pre & Pixi could have this version ahead of Palm’s release of an SDK with proper camera access?

Congrats on the new release! I am trying to get in touch with someone with whom I could discuss the addition of my site’s price history charts / data to ShopSavvy. Every time I go to the store and scan a product with your app, I yearn for that historical pricing data.

Please email me so we can discuss this!

I hope you guys are paying attention to webOS and the new ENYO developer tools. Also the Pre3 has an autofocus camera. I hope to see ShopSavvy as a launch partner this summer!
