We offer 365 days warranty on all our products for you to shop confidently. We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. Our team will do everything possible to ensure you’re comfortable with placing an order and happy with the products you receive. But we also know sometimes things happen. For one reason or another and if you are required to return your products, we have a few guidelines you should know about.

Return Policy For Damaged Products:

In case you receive a damaged product then you should put your request to return your product within 48 hours. The return shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer.

We will only review your request if:

  1. You present photographs and videos of the damaged product. We would recommend you do this as soon as the product arrives.
  2. You make sure that the product is unused, unwashed, and unharmed/untampered/unaltered.
  3. You make the return in the original packaging itself.
  4. All the accessories that came with the product must be returned with the package.

Return Policy For Wrong Products:

A very rare situation, but to ensure you get the best service and all the answers to any possible situation. We want all our customers to know that in case our customers receive a wrong product i.e if they receive a product that was not actually ordered by them, then they have to reach out to us and file the issue within 7 days of receiving the package.

Return Policy For Customized Products:

We want to help our customers in every way possible. In the case of customization, we ensure that we confirm every need of our customers and therefore we create a mock-up of the ordered product for our customer’s approval. Once you are satisfied with how your product will look and then we will move ahead with the process. Hence, we do not provide a return for customized products.

The only scenario where we accept a return of customized products is when they are received damaged and even then we will require the proof within 48 hours as explained above.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after the items have been received and inspected. Once your return request is accepted, your refund will be initiated. It may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Return shipping package must be insured, we are not responsible for lost packages or customs in your country – in that case, no refunds will be issued.

Also, in the case of a customized product, a refund will be provided only when there is proof of damage. Refund will not be provided for the whole order but only on the selected products that are damaged.

Note:  In custom orders, there will be a small difference between mockup & final product due to difference in real colors & computer colors.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

If you are not satisfied with what you ordered and change your mind then you cancel your order as well. Although, there are some terms and conditions:

  1. You will get a full refund if you cancel your order before we ship your order.
  2. Customized products cannot be canceled after you have already approved your mock-up.

Note: In the case of a return, the shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer. Also, any import duties, taxes, charges, etc are to be incurred by the buyer.
