Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped from the US, China, or India depending on the availability of the product in our warehouse, your orders are shipped. We use DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Aramex as our shipping partners to ship our products worldwide.

Note: The handling process takes up to 1-3 days as multiple orders from one customer may take up additional time to merge their orders.

For the orders which are based on custom specifications upon the customer’s request, we would require additional processing times.

For customized products, delivery dates are subject to art approval. If the uploaded image is not up to the printable standard and if artwork revisions are necessary, delivery dates may change. Before we process the order, we will send you an email with the mock-up of the requested customization. Upon approval, we will process the order.

Note: If you fail to approve the mock-up within 7 days, we will send out the order.

No change of address will be entertained once the product is shipped. Once we dispatch the package, you will be able to follow it directly on the shipping company website or on our website with your tracking number. We are not liable for any transitional delays that occur due to the incomplete, misspelled, or missing address provided by the customer.

During the holiday season due to the increased number of parcels, courier companies like FedEx and DHL face difficulty in ensuring their normal delivery promise. Due to their transitional delay, the delivery may take a few more days to reach you.

We have 3 types of shipping that are available for our customers according to their needs:

  1. Express shipping: ( 2-6 Business days )
  2. Standard shipping: ( 6-9 Business days )
  3. Economy shipping: ( 9-15 Business days )

Note: Customization usually takes 5-7 business days. Although, we understand emergency and uncertainty can arise so customers can take advantage of our 1-day priority printing service, simply email us to inquire about this service.

Check & Accept Your Package

We always recommend our customers check the package upon arrival. It is rare yet to provide the best service, so we offer our customers a way to avoid situations like wrong product delivery or damaged product. We try our best not to let any customer go through this situation but there are always unknown situations that may occur at any point in time. Therefore always check your package before accepting it.

If you find any damage after accepting your package then it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. You must file this claim within 48 hours of accepting the package, after which Shopsavvy is not liable for any damaged products. In case, you receive the wrong product, you must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product. To file a claim, you must gather proof like images or videos of unboxing.
