Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped from the US or China, depending on the availability of the product in our warehouse, your orders are shipped. We use DHL, FedEx, and USPS as our shipping partners to ship our products worldwide.

Note: The handling process takes up to 1-3 days as multiple orders from one customer may take up additional time to merge their orders.

For the orders which are based on custom specifications upon the customer’s request, we would require additional processing times.

Once we dispatch the package, you will be able to follow it directly on the shipping company website or on our website with your tracking number.

We have 2 types of shipping that are available for our customers according to their need:

  1. Standard Shipping (7-18 business days)
  2. Express Shipping (2-5 business days)

Note: Customization requests will take 2-5 days more.

Check & Accept Your Package

We always recommend our customers to check the package at arrival. It is important so that you can avoid any packages that may get damaged while transporting. We try our best to not let any customer go through this situation but there are always unknown situations that may occur at any point in time. Therefore always check your package before accepting it.

If you find any damage after accepting your package then it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. In such a case you must immediately gather proof like images or videos of unboxing. To know more, read our return policy.
